• Sketchbook or drawing paper
• Pencil set, blending tools, and kneaded eraser
• Black archival ink marker
• Ruler
• Colored pencils (optional)

What is grounding?

Grounding, also known as earthing, involves connecting to the Earth's natural electrical energy. This can be achieved by walking barefoot outdoors, lying on the grass, or using grounding tools like mats, blankets, socks, etc.

Grounding is something  I started doing about 20 years ago. It has many benefits that we will discuss during class. We will also be reading the Spring section in The Earth Prescription by Laura Knives, MD. This is also optional! The link for the book is on my Amazon Affiliate list - see above.
