Create Your World is a 4-week group coaching experience designed to help you realign with your natural rhythms, ignite your creativity, and cultivate a deeply nourishing and inspired life. Through seasonal living, grounding practices, and daily creative exercises, you’ll learn how to harness the power of light and dark, support your well-being, tap into your natural energy cycles, and bring your creative dreams to life.

What’s included -
Three live 1-hour Zoom sessions (recorded for replay) where you’ll explore health and creativity practices, share your progress, and engage in Q&A.
An integration week for independent creative work, with ongoing support in our private group.
Built-in accountability to help you stay on track, reflect on your growth, and celebrate your wins.
A private Facebook group where you can connect, share insights, and ask questions.
Zoom replays shared in the group, so you never miss a session.
